The 500m2 plot (plan attached) of Els Poblets included in a block of 6 plots where we have built houses on 4 of them and the owners live all year round. All houses with only 1 floor for greater privacy between neighbors.

The starting model is the DELFIN model on which my clients have been adapting it to their liking in terms of dimensions such as materials, qualities, etc., as I explained to you in our meeting. Therefore, customization is what we are specialized in. If the client has another idea, we can also study it with our architects.

The Delfín model, for which we have the offer price on that plot, is a house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and an open porch.

Regarding what is included in the price of the Dolphin model on that plot of €439,000 + I.V.A. we would have:
